The application allows you to receive suitable product recommendations for your skin condition based on answers to questions we provide. The use of the Oriflame skin analysis takes place in principle without the provision of personal data (respectively without linking to your customer account). In this case, we process the information you provide solely in anonymized form, i.e. without identification of your person.

The Oriflame skin analysis can also be used virtually via image (‘selfie’). The function can only be used if you grant us access to the front camera of your (mobile) end device from which you visit our website. We process the image data provided by you and the features contained therein, that abstractly allow your person to be identified, solely in order to provide the skin analysis function.

Since the processed image data may also contain biometric features and such features (e.g. position of the eyes/nose etc.) must necessarily be processed in order to provide the service, we treat the data processed in this way as particularly sensitive data. Accordingly, we obtain consent from you before taking the picture. This can be withdrawn at any time - e.g. by cancelling the process - with effect for the future. The function can then no longer be used (unless you consent again).
